Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.  For example, because our rolls of labels are sealed up by machines on the manufacturing floor, it is impossible for us to guarantee that each roll of labels will have exactly 500 labels in perfect condition.  To do so would involve additional labor to physically count each roll, and that additional labor would significantly raise the price per label from around .03 cents per label.  So while we always hope that all 500 labels on each roll are present and in mint condition, we unfortunately cannot guarantee so.  In the event a customer receives a roll that is out of 2 standard deviations of "normal," we will always do our best to make things right.
